Specifically, we see in operation a universal welding manipulator, made according to the specific production needs of Italiana Carpenterie. A vitally important station for the production of all box profiles made from a pair of corner pieces, previously prepared according to customer specifications.
To ensure maximum quality on the profile in question, which will then be one of the main components of the structures commissioned by the customer, based on the production and delivery priority, all the machine parameters will be set: section of the box to be welded, length of the rod, amperage, oscillation of the torch, feed speed, technical gas flow.

Our robotic welding island is equipped with an OTC robotic system for MIG/MAG pulsed arc welding, consisting of two hollow-shaft OTC robots (radius 2,008 mm) both installed on a 16 m ground sliding guide, and two movable lathe positioners both equipped with a high-performance motorized head and a pair of adjustable countertips.
Each robot uses a state-of-the-art OTC welding generator, which integrates new welding processes particularly suitable for medium and large thickness welds thanks to high speed, pulsed arc and constant penetration control processes, while for medium and small thickness fastenings the spray elimination function is used.
This robotic welding island boasts the use of the best technologies, allowing Italiana Carpenterie to guarantee maximum flexibility and reliability even in the most complex welds.

With the possibility of rotation on itself at 360°, the crane in a lattice structure is anchored on removable base plates fixed to the ground and is remotely radio-controlled.
