Pre-assembly of entire crane arm

We are delighted to announce the recent completion of an upper part (tower crane arm) for a leading international manufacturer in the crane sector.

Quality, precision and compliance with technical requirements are guaranteed thanks to a structured production flow, entirely developed and implemented in-house at the Italiana Carpenterie workshops:

1) Robotic production of semi-finished products – cutting, shaping and preparation of raw components;

2) Certified construction and welding – processing of individual heavy structural elements, ensuring maximum geometric precision and full integrity of joints;

3) Anti-corrosion treatment – each component undergoes an initial cycle of anti-rust painting, aimed at protecting the materials during handling and pre-assembly;

4) Pre-assembly and testing – the entire structure has been provisionally assembled in our operational yard: dimensional and alignment checks correspond to the required quality standards;

5) Final painting and accessory assembly – all elements undergo a final painting cycle (finishing), which guarantees durability and resistance over time. Once the structure is complete, all accessories specified in the project are installed;

6) Shipping and delivery for operational use, including abroad.

This project is further confirmation of Italy’s capabilities.
