It often happens that #italianacarpenterie is contracted by the customer for both internal and external #carpentry installations in the same project or construction site. In the extension of the school complex published last week, an #autoportant #internal #staircase was also supplied and installed, made entirely of #steelmaterial, in S355 quality.
Based on the customer’s surveys and requirements and in compliance with the UNI EN 1090 standard, the executive design was drawn up. All components of the staircase were manufactured in the #workshop using numerically controlled machinery (#CNC) to ensure maximum machining precision.
The load-bearing structure and parapets are made from steel tubular profiles of suitable cross-section, welded together to ensure maximum strength and stability. The steps, on the other hand, are made from S355J2 quality sheet metal, suitably cut to a suitable length and then cold-bent to obtain the desired shape. The geometry and configuration of the staircase, including the #anchorages, have been defined according to the architectural characteristics of the environment, as well as in compliance with current safety regulations.
