Italiana Carpenterie’s Service Center is structured for the preparation and processing of all semi-finished products. It is located at Via Majorana 9 in Summaga di Portogruaro (VE), on a total area of 15,000 m2, of which 3,000 m2 is covered and 12,000 m2 is used as an external warehouse.
Here are organized all the activities of preparation of semi-finished products for the construction of metal carpentry, the production unit is equipped with every means necessary for internal and external lifting and handling of material, unloading and loading operations as well as shipment of processed material.
The covered facility is divided into work centers equipped with computerized production tracking systems with automatic detection of stock availability, time detection by individual cost center, automatic nesting systems of sheet metal cutting for better use of raw materials used in production cycles.
To complete the semi-finished product preparation stages, there are also manual welding stations served by inverter welders, fume detection systems and cutting and welding fume extraction systems, in compliance with the reference standards and authorized by the Metropolitan City of Venice.
